To make a reservation, just telephone with the details of the number and type of rooms required, arrival and departure dates, and any special requirements you may wish to discuss. A credit card number will secure the booking or written confirmation. A £20 non-refundable deposit per room is required at the time of confirmation.
All major credit cards are accepted, together with payment by cash or cheque supported by a banker’s card. Payment is on departure.
CHECK IN AND OUT TIMES
All bedrooms are usually available from 2 pm onwards and guaranteed from 4 pm. Departure time from the room is 10.30 am.
CANCELLATIONS
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between the guest and Plas Dolguog for any reservation cancelled or amended within 7 days of arrival. We reserve the right to charge the tariff per night as quoted to you for nights we are unable to re-let. Please take out holiday insurance, www.cancellationplan.com.
